Payment

Our preferred payment method is PayPal.  We believe this facility offers the most flexible yet secure payment avenue for our customers.  PayPal accepts payment via credit or debit cards, from your bank account, or any available balance in your PayPal account.  Please note, there is no fee for you to use the PayPal facility.  To find out how easy it is to use PayPal click here

Domestic Delivery

Fawn & Fox uses Australia Post to ensure safe delivery of your purchases.  A $10 shipping fee is charged per order.

Regular Post (3-5 days) $10.00

Please note parcels that are considered oversize or bulky may incur additional delivery charges.  We will contact you prior to shipping your order should this be the case.  Should you not be home at the time of delivery and there is nowhere safe to leave the parcel, a calling card will be left outlining alternate arrangements.

We can’t wait to send your order, however please understand that orders are processed only once funds have cleared. Despatch will then occur within two business days.

Fawn & Fox cannot take responsibility for orders being delayed by Australia Post.

International Delivery

We are more than happy to arrange delivery of your Fawn & Fox products to the following overseas destinations:

Canada (3-10 days) $25.00
New Zealand (3-10 days) $25.00
UK (3-10 days) $25.00
United States (3-10 days) $25.00

Parcels are shipped via air with Australia Post registered mail.  Please allow between 10-15 business days for your order to arrive.  We cannot take any responsibility for parcels once they have been shipped.  Once the goods leave Australia, any international taxes and/or duties are the clients responsibility.

Should your destination not appear on the above list, simply contact us with your details via info@fawnandfox.com.au and we will reply promptly with a shipping estimate.

Refunds & Exchange

In the event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, we request that you contact us immediately and return it within 14 days of your order to enable a refund.  The item(s) must be returned unworn, unmarked and within the original packaging.

Should your order arrive and you find the size or fit is unsuitable, we are happy to offer an exchange or store-credit.

Stock availability

Fawn & Fox endeavours to retain high levels of stock so our customers are never disappointed.  However, if an item is not in stock we will contact you via email to discuss.

Pricing

All pricing is quoted in Australian dollars.  Fawn & Fox reserves the right to alter pricing without notice.

Privacy

Fawn & Fox respects your privacy.  We will not disclose any of your personal information unless required by law.

Security

Fawn & Fox uses PayPal for secure processing of all of its online transactions.  No credit card data is stored on our servers.
